     Operators can also Co-Browse with visitors allowing the customer and an operator's web browser to be synchronized and then if either party changes pages, the other parties’ browser will move to the new location. During a Co-Browse session operators can highlight portions of the visitors screen and also form share. Form Sharing allows web based forms to be completed by both parties, the existing values of the form are transmitted to the operator and then either party may make changes. Fields such as passwords and credit card numbers can be blocked out and not displayed to the operator.

     Operators can also Remotely Control the visitor’s computer. Remote Control allows technical support representatives to experience problems first hand and make setting changes for visitors. Remote control can also be used for software demonstration and training.
