     Administrators are able to monitor all chats occurring on the system in real time. Administrators have the ability to interject comments in to a chat and select if those comments are visible to the visitor and the operator or just the operator.

     Operators and Administrators also have the ability to chat with each other. This allows a supervisor or an additional operator to assist with difficult calls. These conversations can occur between anyone that is logged into the system and have no effect on web site visitors being able to contact the parties.
